It combines high heat resistance with stable dielectric strength across a wide temperature and frequency range, together with high resistance to steam and water vapour. As an amorphous material it is classified non-flammable, is semi-transparent in the natural amber shade and shows consistent behaviour during machining. PEI is available in natural and black.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product forms<\/strong><br \/>\nCOMCO EPP supplies PEI as sheets and rods and as sawn near-net blanks. CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.
