At the end of 2021, we have added our new product called “Nylon pipesystem for gravel and sand extraction” to our product range. For the extraction of gravel and sand with suction dredgers, special pipelines are required through which the gravel-sand-water mixture is pumped. The hydraulic transport of solids places particularly high demands on the piping. One has to reckon with extraordinarily strong abrasion specific to the material being conveyed. Wear is very high. The economic efficiency and the cost-benefit ratio of the transport system depend largely on the properties of the pipe material.
Due to their specific characteristics, our nylon pipes have firmly established in the gravel and sand industry, the potash and salt industries and in mining.They have outperformed pipes made from other materials in a host of applications. Nylon pipes can be laid above ground, underground, above or under water.
