Comco-Hard paper

Comco EPP Produkte - Hartpapier

Made from paper as a substrate and phenolic/formaldehyde resin as a binder, this material is ideal as an electrical insulation material in mechanical and electrical applications.

Standard colour: brown

Material properties:

  1. continuous operating temperature at 120 °C
  2. good mechanical workability
  3. suitable for applications in oil and air with normal ambient humidity

Application examples:

  • wipers
  • blank holders
  • base plates
  • insulating washers

Sheets: Sizes: 2800 x 1220 mm and 2150 x 1220 mm standard (tol. +/-).
Other formats also available.

Thicknesses: 0.2–150 mm

Round tubes and rods: Available in various dimensions.

Good electrical properties with low moisture absorption.

Good electrical properties with low moisture absorption and additionally a flammability class V0 according to UL94.
