PEEK CF30 – carbon fibre reinforced PEEK from COMCO EPP

Material
PEEK CF30 is reinforced with 30 percent carbon fibre. The fibres significantly increase stiffness, strength and load capacity and improve dimensional stability under load. The thermal and chemical base resistance of PEEK is retained. The grade is suited to highly loaded structural and functional components and is supplied in black.
Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PEEK CF30 as sheets and rods. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.

Highly loaded structural and functional components, fixtures and inserts in precision engineering, mechanical engineering and aerospace where stiffness and load capacity are the priority.
