Material
PSU (polysulfone) is an amorphous high-performance thermoplastic with a balanced combination of heat resistance, creep resistance, radiation resistance and sterilisation resistance. The characteristic translucency with amber tint allows visual inspection of components, fluid levels and assembly states. PSU is approved for direct food contact and is supplied in natural colour.
Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PSU as sheets and rods from stock. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.
Applications
Food handling equipment, laboratory and medical devices, aerospace components, membrane housings and water filtration, and components in sterilisation equipment and chemical processing.
