PEEK-ELS EC – conductive PEEK from COMCO EPP

Material
PEEK-ELS EC is the electrically conductive modification of PEEK. Based on carbon nanotubes (CNT), it achieves a constant conductivity between 10⁴ and 10⁶ Ohm with minimal deviation from the mechanical and thermal base properties of the material. This makes it suitable for applications requiring defined dissipative behaviour together with the temperature and chemical resistance of PEEK. The grade is supplied in black.
Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PEEK-ELS EC as sheets and rods. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.
Applications
Components in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, wafer handling, test fixtures and handling equipment where a controlled surface resistance is required.
