PEEK GF30 – glass fibre reinforced PEEK from COMCO EPP

Material
PEEK GF30 is reinforced with 30 percent glass fibre. The fibres increase stiffness and dimensional stability and reduce thermal expansion without impairing the thermal and chemical base resistance of PEEK. Unlike the carbon fibre grade, PEEK GF30 is electrically non-conductive and is supplied in natural (whitish).
Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PEEK GF30 as sheets and rods. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.
Applications
Dimensionally stable structural and functional components in chemical engineering, precision engineering and electrical engineering where stiffness, dimensional stability and electrical insulation are required.
