PEEK HPV – the self-lubricating bearing grade from COMCO EPP

Material
PEEK HPV is the tribologically optimised grade in the PEEK range. It is carbon fibre filled and self-lubricating and designed for components under high pressure, high sliding velocity and heavy friction. It covers applications in which standard grades operate at the wear limit. The grade is supplied in black and retains the temperature and chemical resistance of PEEK.
Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PEEK HPV as sheets, rods, and as tubes and rings on request. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.
Applications
Plain bearings, bushings, thrust washers and seals under high pressure, velocity and friction loads in mechanical engineering, drive technology and process industry.
