Material
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a semi-crystalline high-performance thermoplastic with a continuous service temperature up to 250 °C. The unfilled grade in natural (beige-brown) and black offers the highest chemical purity in the PEEK range and reliable electrical insulation. It combines mechanical strength, creep resistance and resistance to acids, alkalis, hydrolysis and steam in a single material. In component design, the glass transition temperature of about 150 °C should be taken into account, above which physical properties can change.

Product forms
COMCO EPP supplies PEEK natural and black as sheets in four standard formats, as rods from 8 to 300 mm diameter, and as tubes and rings on request. Cut-to-size blanks and CNC-machined finished parts to drawing are produced in-house.

Applications
Semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, chemical plants and electroplating, precision engineering, and electrical insulation components.
